Hem Spor Aktivitileri hem de Maraton Antrenman\u0131 i\u00e7in pek hatta neredeyse hi\u00e7 geli\u015fme olmad\u0131 Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda. Zaten aylard\u0131r devam eden el bilek rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc bir\u00e7ok spordan uzak kalm\u0131\u015f durumday\u0131m. Ben de zaten hal b\u00f6yle olunca daha Temmuz ay\u0131ndan itibaren maratona haz\u0131rlanmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Baya\u011f\u0131 da tempolu ve programa uygun bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131 devam ettiriyordum. Ama spor dilinde <em>arka adele \u00e7ekmesi<\/em> olarak nitelendirebilece\u011fimiz bir sakatl\u0131k sonras\u0131 pistlerden uzak kald\u0131m. Kendi kendime baca\u011f\u0131m\u0131 dinlendirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m ama tekrardan antrenmanlara ba\u015flayabilmemi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lacak seviyeye gelemedim. Ramazan bayram\u0131 \u00f6ncesinde doktora g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcp en az\u0131ndan bu tedavi s\u00fcrecini k\u0131saltman\u0131n yollar\u0131n\u0131 arad\u0131m. Sakatl\u0131\u011f\u0131n derecesinin ileri olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek yine dinlendirme, kas gev\u015fetici \/ doku onar\u0131c\u0131 sprey ve bandaj ile tedaviye devam etme karar\u0131 ald\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u015fekilde yakla\u015f\u0131k 2 &#8211; 3 hafta ge\u00e7irdim. Ama yine de tam olarak g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fc kazanamad\u0131m. \u00dczerinden 1 &#8211; 2 hafta ge\u00e7tikten sonra ki o da bug\u00fcnlere denk geliyor, yava\u015f yava\u015f antrenmanlara ba\u015flayabilece\u011fimi hissediyorum. Ama bu sefer de \u015f\u00f6yle bir s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 var. Maratonun kendisi ay\u0131n 17&#8217;sinde, sadece birka\u00e7 g\u00fcn uzakl\u0131kta. Yani maalesef bu sene daha aylar \u00f6ncesinde heveslenip kendimi de gaza getirdi\u011fim Avrasya Maratonu&#8217;nda istedi\u011fim dereceyi elde edemeyece\u011fim. Hatta kat\u0131l\u0131p tamamlayabilirsem kendimi \u015fansl\u0131 sayaca\u011f\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p>Maraton sonras\u0131nda tekrar g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmek \u00fczere&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Bu arada maraton i\u00e7in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m antrenmanlar\u0131 g\u00fcn g\u00fcn kaydetmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m takvimi de payla\u015fmak istiyorum.
